Preformed mechanical and fire system upgrades for the building directly housing the NIST N-1 Cesium Fountain Atomic Clock located in Fort Collins Colorado. Energy Tech installed tested and commissioned critical HVAC and fire suppression systems directly serving vital and sensitive equipment for the National Institute of Standards Technology.
Accomplished the major retrofit of the new state of the art laboratories for the USDA Center for Grain and Animal Health Research in Manhattan Kansas. Critical laboratories specializing in preventing blood borne illness. Scope of work included refrigeration, plumbing and HVAC systems to comply with the strict requirements of the facility’s needs. Installed ultra-high efficient Lochinvar hot water boiler systems and controls. Installed laboratory grade plumbing, heating, air conditioning and filtration systems, Mitsubishi computer control room HVAC equipment and emergency critical life support systems in Buildings 1, 3 and 5 Cell Culture.
Complete design build of mechanical and plumbing systems of the Office of Special Investigations Head Quarters for the Global Strike Missile Command at Historic Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne Wyoming. Energy Tech Designed and Installed the State of the Art Unico High Velocity Heat Pump System, we were able to achieve the Governments desires for architectural preservation, efficiency and ultimate comfort with an emphasis on system longevity.

Formerly known as the SBC Center, the AT&T Center is the home of the 5 time World Champion San Antonio Spurs. As part of the Spurs family, Terry Dipoma personally directed the Facility Maintenance Program and was third (3) in charge of the facility behind the Director of Operations and the Building Engineer. Duties included, insuring strict compliance by the installing contractor to the plans and specifications outlined in the contract during construction, building and instituting the planned maintenance programs for the entire facility, supervising all trades in the execution of day to day operations. This proved exhilarating considering the dynamics of the buildings requirements, hockey followed by basketball, followed by trade shows, followed by circus, followed by concerts, followed by conventions, followed by motocross, etc.
Terry Dipoma preformed field engineering and mechanical duties in various refineries, fineries and chemical plants throughout the United States. Served as a class A mechanic in completely rebuilding large turbine freon compressors, at the Kimera Chemical Plant in Savannah Georgia and the National Lead AMAX Magnesium plant in Ralley Utah. Served as a class A mechanic in the renovation of Amoco, Chevron and Phillips Oil refineries located in Salt Lake City Utah and, Western Zirconium in Ogden Utah. Modified and replaced existing aging critical systems and pipe lines. Repaired cooling towers, boilers, catalyst crackers, storage tanks and vessels, high pressure pumps, valves, motors, motor controls and associated instrumentation. Preformed routine shut-down maintenance, welding, pipefitting, millwright work, re-building of centrifugal, screw, diaphragm, radial, axial and peristaltic pumps and piping upgrades for Kennecott Copper in Utah and the Ortho Chemical plant in Rock Springs Wyoming.
